Connect an AI assistant
Give Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client access to your Resolido workspace in under a minute.
The fastest way to let an AI assistant work with Resolido is the remote MCP server. You sign in once in the browser, choose the organization and the access level, and the assistant gets tools for the inbox, AI agents, knowledge, channels and statistics.
https://mcp.resolido.com/mcpclaude mcp add --transport http resolido https://mcp.resolido.com/mcpRun /mcp in Claude Code, pick resolido and sign in. Then install the agent skill so Claude knows the workflows: npx resolido skill install.
What happens when you sign in
- The client opens
www.resolido.com/oauth/authorize. If you are not signed in to Resolido, you sign in first. - You choose one organization and an access level: Read only, Inbox (read and answer conversations) or Full access. The client can never get more than your own role allows.
- The client receives a token that expires after an hour and refreshes itself. You can revoke it anytime in Settings → Developers, where every call is also logged.
Try it
Ask the assistant things like:
- “What do customers need from us today?” – it lists escalated conversations and summarizes them.
- “Reply to the order 1042 conversation that the parcel left yesterday and resolve it.” – it shows you the reply first; customer-facing actions always need your OK.
- “Why did the AI agent escalate the last three chats? Fix the knowledge if something is missing.”
- “How many conversations did the AI resolve this week?”
Using an API key instead
Headless agents and CI can authenticate with an API key from Settings → Developers:
claude mcp add --transport http resolido https://mcp.resolido.com/mcp \
--header "Authorization: Bearer rsl_live_…"See Authentication for scopes and presets.
