List operations return a page of results and a cursor:

limit sets the page size, 1–100, default 25.
Pass nextCursor as cursor to get the next page. nextCursor is null on the last page.
Keep all other parameters the same while paging; a cursor from a different query fails with invalid_cursor.
Cursors are opaque – do not parse or build them.

The conversation list merges chat and email into one stream ordered by last activity, so pages stay consistent even when new conversations arrive while you page.
