Agent skill
A ready-made skill that teaches coding and chat agents how to use Resolido safely.
Tools tell an agent what it can do; the Resolido skill tells it how to do support work well: which tools to chain for common workflows, when to ask you first, and how to test changes before they reach customers.
npx resolido skill installThis installs SKILL.md into ~/.claude/skills/resolido for Claude Code. Use --dir <path> for other agents that read skills, such as a project's .claude/skills folder.
What the skill covers
- Connecting – MCP first, CLI or API key as a fallback,
whoamibefore anything else. - Ground rules – never invent ids, read before writing, confirm customer-facing actions with you, use two-step confirmation for destructive ones and never confirm on its own.
- Workflows – triaging the inbox, reviewing what the AI did and why it escalated, improving an agent's knowledge and prompt, setting up a new agent and channel, building custom skills, reporting.
- Testing – run
agents_testwith real customer questions after every change and clean up test conversations afterwards.
The skill ships inside the resolido npm package and is updated together with the CLI.
